Long Term Visits 30+ Days ( Currently, there are NO vacancies at this property) 

The Hokondo Management company owns and operates two locations.  The first location is their primary location named, the Waikiki beachside hostel.  The second location is for those relocating to the island or staying longer than 30 days who work and reside in Honolulu.

Our long term location is named Cleghorn Apartments and is located only 3 blocks from our hostel, so you still get the superb location but in a quieter neighborhood.  Here you will find the bus stops are one block away for easy commuting, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and activities so you never have to leave Waikiki if you choose.

Rates:

Private bedroom in shared apartment, is a private bedroom within apartment, share the kitchen, bathroom and living room with 1-4 others. The weekly rate is $175.

Four person dorms , share the same room with 1-4 others in bunk bed style, share the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The weekly rate is $140.

The above requires $100 dollars deposit.  We do not take advance bookings for reasons these accommodations are on very limited basis. It is best to check in that day or week to find out what is available and you can call 808-923-9566 or contact us by email and please be specific and reference your inquiry for Cleghorn Apartments.  Otherwise, come to our office located at the Waikiki Beachside Hostel on 2556 Lemon Road, which is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Refund policy: Provide 48 hours notice and we will refund the remainder of your stay along with the deposit based on satisfaction of inspection.
